Eloisa comes from a humble background, born and raised in Tziotzio Michoacán Mexico, immigrated to America raised 4 kids while going though cosmetology school, after school worked at a few salons until she found herself working at Haircut Headquarters, After many years eventually the opportunity to purchase Haircut Headquarters presented itself and with the support of family to take the leap she became the owner of Haircut Headquarters.
